Morris and Burne-Jones’ foray into furniture creation started in 1856 when they started creating furniture for their empty rental after being unable to discover furniture that satisfied their aesthetic tastes. This led Morris to explore embroidery ( embroidery thread ) and different styles of furniture decoration.
Morris trusted that a creator should be experienced in all the factors of a skill as a result he investigated fiber dying skills too. Morris created and invented a lot of tapestries and wall hangings totally himself ,even dying the thread with plant fabrics. One such wall hanging entitled If I Can was one of the first that Morris designed and created and reflected his desire to see his work through from idea to finished piece. Morris’s most famous design “The Tree of Life” is one his best selling designs even today.
Embroidery has been around since ancient times. Examples of it can be found in Egypt, China as far back as the 5th century BC. Interestingly, basic embroidery ( embroidery thread ) hasn’t changed much since those times. The standard stitches and craftsmanship have remained roughly the same. In fact, one could say that this is not really a step in the embroidery base for hundreds of years. Of course, with the arrival of machines and machine embroidery, embroidery to create time to be reduced significantly, but the quality of the masterpieces of ancient embroidery is so high if not higher, than those treated Most of the tracks now produced.
Has the machine embroidery ( machine embroidery thread ) bug bitten you yet? are you eager to gain into machine embroidery whereas have no idea where to start? do you wonder if the pour of money deserve it?
There are about four years I bought my first embroidery machine and would be connected with art. I’ve slowly built a library of designs and I’ve learned how to hoop, stabilize, and choose the right thread!

2. TIGHTLY WOVEN PLOT STRUCTURE
The skill Mary DeMuth displays as she weaves in the story thread ( embroidery thread ) of family secrets is nothing short of masterful. If you’ve never been a person skilled in embroidery, you will understand what I mean. They sew in this thread ( embroidery thread ) and that one, and a work of art comes together in a beautiful whole. That is the plot emerges in this story.
3. TRUE TO LIFE PLOT
We all love fairy tale endings where everyone lives happily after. The only matter with fairy tales is ,they are simply fairy tales,i mean ,they can’t be true. DeMuth brings resolution to this story without tying all the loose ends into one pretty package. The characters still have issues to address and deal with when the story ends. That makes it more true to life for me.
4. A GREAT SUPPORTING CAST
All my favorite movies have a good supporting casts, and that’s one thing I appreciated about this book. The secondary characters were realistically portrayed and compelling. There was also a huge deal of difference among t he secondary features.
The story’s major antagonist is Jed’s father, Hap Pepper. The narrator makes the reader sympathize with even this feature, which makes the “bad guy” in the story more genuine ,and not a cardboard stereotype.
5. GREAT CHAPTER ENDING HOOKS
One way great authors keep readers turning the pages is through strong chapter endings–those endings where you can’t put the book down. That is absolutely genuine about Daisy Chain. If it was late and should get up early the next morning, I leave to stop in the middle of the capital. If you read on to the end, I guarantee you won’t put it down.
If you’re looking for a story with a strong spiritual thread ( embroidery threads ) of remption, lifelike characters and an amazing plot, you won’t be disappointed with “Daisy Chain” by author Mary DeMuth.
