Once I ran out of my friends and family to bug about my new business, once I had two or three home parties, I ran out of leads, so I started purchasing leads in hopes to try to convert some people into my business. I even had the insane notion of walking up to total strangers in the mall to try to sell them my program. (A word of wisdom, don’tever do that, it angers people and you end up looking like a fool.) People with giant downlines and people that have been in the business a long time and lists of hundreds of thousands of people to market to. For any newbie joining, good luck to you all. I once watched a stay at home mom put $15,000 into a business to quit within a year. Most of us are much smarter than that and would have quit after a few months and maybe only lost $1000 down the drain, but that person was persistent and wanted to succeed. The only thing I have found online to work for most people is a direct sales company that pays you directly. Companies that have a price point of less than $1000 to start. This is the only way you have a good chance to succeed. Beware of the $1500 to $5000 programs, the start up company and program jumpers. The truth about start ups is that they don’t have a track record. You have no idea if they will even be in business two years later. I would seek out companies that  have been around for at least 3 years or more.Watch out for people who jump ship every time a new program comes out on the internet. Most importantly, be careful of the program that costs more than $1000.00. Most people can’t afford that. Thesedays, the easiest sales are around $200 from a reputable company.

In my time in the MLM industry I have seen plenty of complaints. That includes more than a few Ardyss International complaints. Granted, when you consider how easy the internet has made it for people to voice their opinions it is no surprise that complaints about any MLM product are as common as they are.

I want to start off by saying some of the Ardyss International complaints out there do have some validity to them. However, these complaints are in the minority and tend to be subjective in nature. A customer’s dissatisfaction with a product is based on their personal experience and is by no means shared amongst all the users of a product. While people are obviously entitled to their opinions, these complaints are purely subjective in nature.

MLM programs are not new to me. In my years working in the MLM industry I realized there was a real shortage of unbiased reviews out there, so I decided to start doing my own. In this article I will be reviewing Ardyss Internation.

Ardyss International is not the first MLM company I have reviewed, so I will be using my now standard 3 point evaluation system in this review. While my system is simple, it is highly useful for making objective assessments of MLM products.

I always examine the product, the company, and the marketing materials the company is offering. By evaluating all MLM programs using these same three guide posts it allows me to make an objective evaluation of the program, as well as compare it to other programs.

That being said let us go ahead and look at the Ardyss International product, or rather, their product lines. Ardyss has not one, but three different lines of products. Their primary product line is their body reshaping garments like the Body Magic. That is where the company started, and it is what they are best at. They also offer health supplements and skin care products; however both of those product lines have much stiffer competition than the garment line has.

Ardyss International itself is nearly 20 years old, having been incorporated in 1991. They have been making the reshaping garments the whole time, and I feel comfortable saying that a manufacturer with substandard product would not last as long as Ardyss has, so that makes Ardyss as a company pretty solid from an MLM perspective.

Finally there are the marketing materials. I usually feel this is the least important factor as the marketing skill of an individual distributor is much more important to his success than the quality of the company’s marketing materials. That being said Ardyss International does offer a line of brochures for their distributors as well as an internet portal that makes internet sales and recruiting easier for the distributors.

In the end success with Ardyss International, or any other MLM, is going to depend on the marketing knowledge of the distributor. No matter how good the product, how solid the company, and how effective the marketing materials may be, if the distributor does not know how to market effectively they will not succeed.

I strongly recommend to anybody who is already involved in an MLM Business, or is considering joining one like Ardyss International, to go ahead and take the time to educate their self on marketing.

The Ardyss Scam and Is there one?

Like any other MLM program available, there are plenty of people out there willing to yell from the highest mountains at anyone who will listen about the potential dangers of the Ardyss scam. I always take accusations of scams very seriously, but have found that all too often in the MLM business people cry foul when there is nothing wrong. Either way I think it is important to look at any claims seriously and I use a basic standard approach any time I research one.

Essentially I focus on two things when looking at an MLM program that has been called a scam. The product, and the business, as typically complaints about a scam are focused on one of if not both of these key elements and the Ardyss scam is no different from any other MLM program in this regard.

So let us take a look at the product line and see if there is an Ardyss scam to be found there. Ardyss has a diverse line of products that includes health supplements and skin care products as well as their core line of body reshaping garments. I will be honest, I find myself questioning how well some Ardyss products, like their memory improving health supplement actually work. That being said, body reshaping clothing is anything but a new concept.

Even though some products may be more placebo than packed with power, I feel confident that the primary product would perform as intended, their body reshaping products can effectively change the shape of a person’s body through regular use, even if it is only by conditioning the body to perpetually try to suck in the stomach or sit up straight. I feel proclaiming this catalog is an Ardyss scam seems heavy handed and incorrect to me.

So does this mean that the Ardyss scam is the MLM business opportunity? Well, in my years of experience and research many people call MLM businesses scams, if they feel like the product does live up to the promise of making millions, and they do not think it is fair to claim that anybody can succeed in any MLM business.

The truth of the matter is it is very possible to turn any MLM business into an easy source of steady income. However it is not as easy to develop an MLM business to this point. It could take weeks, months, or years, depending on your personal goals. You can be certain allot of work goes into growing the business to such a level.

The truth of the matter is that anybody can succeed as the owner of an MLM business. Anyone can succeed, assuming of course that they have the marketing knowledge necessary to effectively sell the product and grow their personal network. Trying to succeed in MLM without any understanding of marketing is like trying to drive a car without the keys.

The only way to find success, and not cry, “Ardyss Scam” as you become increasingly frustrated with your multilevel marketing business, you need a solid grasp of the essential marketing principles which will allow you to succeed in any MLM Business regardless of the product.

I always look at the same three things when evaluating a multilevel marketing business, the product, the company and the marketing materials. By using the same system consistently I find it easier to make objective assessments about a given program or product.

The company Ardyss has been operating for over 20 years if you go back to the small business that would eventually become the Ardyss Corporation. They started with their body reshaping garments, which means they have got tons of experience in that field under the belt, a definite “plus.”

Most importantly for this article though are the marketing materials Ardyss makes available. They offer a number of brochures for distributors to use both as hard copies and in digital mediums such as .pdf files that can be accessed from a website.

Testimonials are always popular in multilevel marketing because of the power they can have to persuade customers, but you have to make sure that any testimonial you use is sincere. Fabricated testimonials are of little value as they wind up being duplicated ad nauseam and ultimately shatter the trust necessary when courting customers and prospects over the internet, which is why the Ardyss brochures can be so useful, they focus on the products.

In conclusion, your success in any MLM program, including Ardyss, depends on your marketing skill. While the Ardyss brochures are helpful, they alone will not lead to success. In order to see your MLM Business grow you need to know how to market effectively, once you do, you will be able to make any MLM product or program a winner for you.
